European Software Institute Eastern Europe Quality Laboratory (QLab) is currently looking for a Training Coordinator/Program Manager.
General tasks:
- Assess the market needs, propose and implement a series of training courses of soft and technical skills for the ICT industry professionals, but potentially spilling over to other relevant industries;
- Identify and develop a pool of trainers from Moldova and abroad to run the QLab training courses;
- Conceptualize and implement several professional events for the ICT industry, such as code camps, that would complement the training activities;
- Manage all the work related to the trainings and programs in the organization
Specific tasks:
- Manage and implement QLab training portfolio and professional events, according to a predefined action plan;
- Create the training offer of soft and technical skills, in accordance with market needs;
- Define the annual trainings offer and calendar;
- Create the annual marketing and sales plan for training and professional events and carry out implementation;
- Identify and develop a pool of trainers in country and abroad;
- Search for existing training offers and create partnerships
- Develop in house training capacity in specific areas
- Promote the training courses, gather participants and oversee delivery of the training courses (with support from the logistics team)
- Work with the business and donor community to develop partnerships
- Develop new activities in line with the QLab’s goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Economic/Technical or other relevant background
- Good understanding of the capacity building needs for the ICT companies
- Excellent communication, organization and managerial skills
- Capabilities of working in a dynamic team
- Ability to be self-motivated
- Work experience with business and donor community is an advantage
- Previous experience in managing projects is an advantage
- English, Romanian and Russian proficiency is mandatory
- Openness, responsibility and creativity are very important
